I had a lot of trouble finding a source that would provide a complete list of careers and figures mentioned in the book. The best I could find was an incomplete list on the book’s official site.
As some of the careers mentioned are still very much in the public eye, I have included many of the more famous ones.
These are the 20 highest paying careers in the world according to the National Association of Colleges and Employers.
Average Salary: $141,890
The first highest paying career in the world is something that I’m sure most people are familiar with: Lawyers. The second highest paying career is in the medical field.
In order to make money playing poker in the USA, you need to study for a number of years, pass several examinations and, of course, pass the bar!
You’ll be managing money and working with people, who at times can be difficult for you to understand. You may find the task of negotiating and drafting documents can be exhausting.
While there will be a lot of overtime and long hours, the rewards in the form of a comfortable salary, stock options and bonus will make the end result well worth the work.
19. Marketing Manager

Marketing Managers are often at an advantage when it comes to managing your content. They have the ability to work with many different types of content, to identify which ones are the most effective, and to provide a clear vision on how your content strategy should work with and for your business.
