4. Having Expectations

While comparing ourselves with others are not bad for the reason that we do it to find who’s better than who, it might be a problem if it makes us too self-critical.
When comparing yourself to others, you are not only wasting time, but you are taking away from your own life.
I want you to stop beating yourself.
Always remember that everybody else’s life is not your obligation, nor you are their responsibility. Never forget to focus on your goal and what it takes to get there.
