10 Success Lessons From 50 Cent

No thanks. I am a very busy person. I don’t have time to read stuff like that.

50 Cent spent his childhood in the projects, and by the time he was a teenager, he had joined the Bloods gang where he eventually got involved with drugs. He became a convicted felon in 1996 and had been serving a sentence until two years ago when he was given the opportunity to make a new start.

At the age of 14 years he started dealing drugs to cover his addiction to “cool” sneakers and when he left the drug game he joined a band and was shot nine times.

A lot of people in our society have experienced some form of trauma or abuse and come out stronger for it.

50 Cent’s Success Lessons

After the success of Get Rich or Die Tryin, he invested in several different businesses, such as Vitamin Water and his own record label. He also created the clothing company 50 Cent Clothing.

He believes that consumers still have not heard of the best audio equipment, and he wants to change this problem. He wants to create headphones that are better than the best headphones currently on the market.

We have a few audio companies that are really good.

If one of the most recognized hip-hop artists’ net worth is $20 million, it is safe to say that his net worth must be big.

1. The Only Voice that Matters is Yours

Other people are going to try to tell you what to do when you’re trying to follow a different path.

It’s when these people stop telling you what to do, when they start telling you what they’re doing, and when they stop judging you for doing what you want with your life that you can start to believe that you’re living a meaningful life.

3. We make peace with the hard things.

I don’t know what the right decision is, but I just know that this is the right thing for me, because it feels so important, and I have to follow my gut.

You are you. If you are telling yourself that you are not the right person for whatever task, then you can’t expect others to agree with you. You are the only one who can make you feel like the right person and make you believe otherwise.

2. Reinvent Yourself

Even though most things you will be doing will be exactly the same as other business are, you will still have your own business and you will have to create your own unique business.

Things never stay the same, but it’s important to adapt to new conditions in order to keep up with the world.

The marketing side of things didn’t really come in until the social media sites, but even then it was just another avenue for companies to create awareness across users about their products, and not necessarily the main way of interacting with users.

It is safe to say that social media is one of the most powerful traffic methods used today, but if you don’t know how to market your businesses social media presence, you can do yourself more harm than good.

3. Don’t Compromise Your Character

In a world where everyone is different, so many opinions and lifestyles choices can be shoved down your throat and you don’t have a clue as to why. Your goals may look totally different than someone you know or even yourself six months ago. Don’t let this happen; be yourself, you are this way for a reason.

Make sure that you put your goals on the front burner. Be persistent and do not let anyone or anything deter you. The only thing you need to work on is your vision. And if there are things that are not clear, make sure that you communicate with your goal setter.

4. Believe in Yourself

A: A lot of my friends in the fashion scene would ask me which designer would be my favorite, and I would always make sure to tell them I always believe in myself. If I’m not comfortable in the clothing, I would not wear it. So, I also think that being an artist is not that different. It’s about the confidence to do whatever you want to do, and the belief in your self.
T: I believe that you can always find something that you really like. I believe that you should never give up your dreams.

Having this belief keeps you motivated to learn something because you know that once you start doing it, you realize that you can do it.

If you haven’t already, I recommend you read this: “Why You Can’t Have a Good Life” by David D. Burns

3. Don’t compare yourself or your accomplishments to others: We all have different talents and different strengths in different areas and we will never be able to be a “better” version of anyone else. Comparing yourself to other people is not only unproductive, it’s unfair to them.

5. Have Faith & Keep Working

If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.

It’s a good thing that you feel you’re working hard, but it’s also a good thing that you have the confidence to put your work on the market as well. Don’t feel discouraged if your project is not working out for you. Keep working hard and you’ll get there eventually.

Persistence is not enough to get you to your goal. You have to have confidence as well.

6. Devote Your Life to Your Dream

Dreams are very important for everyone, but if you don’t devote your life to it, they can’t become a reality.

7. Don’t Let Death Cripple You, Let it Motivate You

When 50 cent was shot nine times and nearly died, he realized to never take things or life for granted.

The only way we are going to be able to do this is with our new leadership, and when I say our leadership, I mean Barack Obama.

He lived in such a way as to have never lived before. He had no fears of death, and only saw the possibility of death as an opportunity to live the way he had never lived before.

The next three verses are the summary of the previous four verses. They are all paraphrases.

No one knows the exact day they’ll die, but we can all make the most of everyday. Don’t let living a life of mediocrity stop you from doing things.

Don’t sit around doing nothing for the rest of your life, get on with your goals, go out and travel, have new experiences, meet new people. Have a good life. You don’t have to be a monk to get on with your life.

8. See Things for What they Really Are

The ability to look at and see things happening around you gives you a better view of everything, how people are feeling and acting. The ability to see things that are happening while you look at them.

As soon as you start getting your skin care routine in order, you will be able to see results that will make you feel better and better about your appearance.

In this post, we will describe a very simple way to get started with the new MVC architecture, and the benefits you will get.

9. Push Past the Boredom

If you’re so focused on making things perfect that you’ll put in the hours of hard work to get there, it can be hard to see the end result. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to make that final improvement, but you have to be willing to put in the effort to get there, even if you aren’t happy with the end result.

You just have to be willing to give it a good shot without too much judgement and once you do you’ll quickly see the benefits of an ‘easy’ practice!

10. Every Negative is a Positive

The majority of bad things can be turned into something good. If you fail at something the first time, figure out what you could or should have done differently the second time around.

Failure is always an important part of succeeding, although the weak will be defeated by failure it will only motivate the strong. The weak will always fail, it is the powerful that will make their own luck.

Summary

1. If you want it, you better have the best team to make it happen, so you better be willing to put in the time.
2. You better have the best vision for what you want the brand to be and be willing to make sacrifices to make your vision a reality.
3. You better know how much energy you’re willing to expend to achieve that vision.
4. You better be able to execute on that vision – be able to manage all the people involved in the vision.
5. You better be willing to take risks.
