I love teaching and I love being able to do it. I love it most when the student is actually engaged and has a positive attitude about learning. Teaching really provides me with a sense of purpose and fulfillment and that is why I am confident in returning to this school. It will always be a part of me.

You probably would like to move on now, but you’re held back by your financial situation, maybe you haven’t been paid at your last job for a while or maybe it’s just not possible.
But if you knew how to move on with your finances, you could make the most out of your situation and start enjoying life.
But you need to follow some simple steps first.

There is only one thing you are 100% positive about. It’s time to face up to the things you’re really doing to make yourself happy while you currently have a job.

If you want to pursue your dreams then here are some things you should do to make it happen.

1. Have A Vision

You want to travel all around the world? It sounds like a big task, but I believe it is possible. You are young and it is your time to do it all.

You could decide to travel the world and make a positive difference. Or you could create a business or a great career where you can see the world. You might even combine both.

If you don’t have a clear picture of the direction you’re heading or what you’re looking for, you may end up somewhere that doesn’t work well for you.

By understanding your vision and believing in your abilities, you will achieve success.

If you don’t know where you are going, you will end up someplace else.

2. Figure Out Your Course of Action

Once you understand your vision, you can start planning an implementation strategy. Once you know what you want to achieve–the goal– the next step is to figure out how you’re going to get there.

3. Make Clear Daily Objectives

The time you devote to your business is limited right now. So, you need to plan your days the best way you can.

I highly recommend you read The 80/20 Principle: The Secret to Achieving More with Less by Richard Koch to learn how to be better. Not only will the book show you how to be more effective on a day-to-day basis, but it will also help you get better results in less time.

You have to be serious to be successful. If you’re not serious about your business, you’ll fail. The time management part is important too. You have to be disciplined in your time management.

4. Be Patient

Although your time is limited, you must remember that patience is essential. It will be the key to your success.

I think it’s okay to freak out a little bit when it takes four years to build a business to make a million dollars! There is no perfect answer to this question. It’s something you’re going to have to weigh out the pros and cons of for yourself. Ultimately, it’s your money; you know what you’re doing best and worst. So go with your gut, do what you think is best, and don’t change your mind so much that you regret your decision.

You are going to have to make sacrifices in order to build your business. Be strategic, careful, and smart about what you are doing and you’re on your way to building your own business on your terms.

5. Stay Disciplined

If you have a bad boss or a boss that treats employees poorly, you will most likely never get anything done. If you have a boss that encourages and applauds your positive efforts, you will get a lot of good work done.

Building your future takes hard work, but it also takes perseverance and dedication, and that’s what this course is all about, making it easier to get stuck in and to stay focused on what you really care about: building your business.

As a freelancer, you don’t have an office job. You have a business, even if no one knows it yet.

To pursue your dreams, you need to be very careful and aware of what you’re putting in your own body, and that of your family. No one wants to be sick, so be alert and aware of what you put in the air that you breath and the food you put in your body. It’s the little things that people don’t even think about.

6. Use Your Time Wisely

The time you’re wasting is infinite!

The 80/20 Principle is a book that gives you a firm grasp on the few activities that you can do that will give you the most results. The things that drive you, your business, and your life. The few activities that are most important to you. The few activities that you should be doing, every single day. The very few activities that will give you the most results.

If you have a Twitter app that you’re checking to see how many new followers you gained in three hours, delete it.

If you’re letting other people talk on the phone while you’ve got 6 things left on your to-do list; ask them to email you with the most important things they need to discuss and get busy.

If the day before your business meeting you have to go out to dinner with your friends, you can’t stay up past midnight doing work. You have to come up with a backup plan to make sure you still get the work done.

I was always focused on being a good student and getting a good job, but I never looked at what I was doing with any other aspect or significance or why I was doing it.

While it’s true that you don’t have as many hours in the day to pursue your dreams, that doesn’t mean you have to work them off! Make the most of your time by doing what you love and pursuing your passions, and you could be happier and more fulfilled than you would think.

Wrapping Up & Moving Forward

You need to make sure your business is well-maintained and fully functional.

You need to start your business as soon after you complete your studies as possible.

You need to have an understanding of what your target market is and what you plan to do with the products or services you plan to sell.

You need to have some sort of marketing plan that you can follow.

It’s a good idea to have a good amount of saving lined up before you start your business.

My plan is to make a plan, execute my plan and expect a result.

– you have to be able to say no, to people, projects, ideas and concepts.
– you have to be able to say yes to people, projects, ideas, and concepts.

But I want you to pursue them while I live. I’m not going to die in a nursing home.
