It had an early 90% approval rating, but that has dropped with the rise of anti-hero type of movies. And if I have to sit through a movie with a hero, I might as well stay home and watch TV. It’s better to just leave movies to the kids.

The film stars Matt Damon, Jude Law, Gwyneth Paltrow, Cate Blanchett, and Phillip Seymour Hoffman.
The story takes place in Italy and two men have to pick up a millionaire and his girlfriend and take them from Italy to New York.
When he fails for the first time, he takes drastic steps instead of waiting for the other shoe to drop.
The film got great reviews overall and has a current rating on Rotten Tomatoes of 84% based on 131 reviews.

The Souvenir was one of the first documentaries by the legendary documentary filmmaker Werner Herzog.
He made this documentary about a boy who lived in a Japanese internment camp after the bombing of Pearl Harbor.
He spent almost nine years documenting the lives of these children,
and his documentary features real life footage of the kids at the camp.

The movie “The Last Black Man In San Francisco” debuted at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and won an award for Best directing.
