In 2008, they signed with Swedish music publisher Fredrik Olsson for Razor Boy Music Publishing.
Nervo is a wealthy businessman who owns multiple properties throughout the United States.
Early Life
After their parents divorced, their mother died of cancer, and their father was so in debt that he could not pay for his two daughters’ education.
Their biological father was named Garry Nervo, who was born in New Zealand, to a Maltese father and a Welsh mother, while their biological mother was named Flaviana Benedetti, who was born in New Zealand, to Greek parents. The family moved to Australia when the children were toddlers.
The three spent summer before their senior year at St. Andrew’s College at the University of Melbourne, before entering the University of Melbourne’s Conservatorium of Music. At the Conservatorium, they worked with composer, Robert Starer, before graduating in 2001.
Career
The sisters stated that music was the focus from the beginning, which led them to be accepted into the Opera Australia Academy. The sisters were later accepted into the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
In 2006, the duo released the lead single, ‘Wannabe,’ which received substantial airplay in their native Australia. The duo wrote for Kesha, Britney Spears, and Mariah Carey.
On April 27, 2010, Nervo signed an exclusive multi-album record deal with Virgin Records. They also announced that they signed a worldwide global recording deal with Universal Music Group’s EMI Music.
The ‘Hold On’ single has just been released to iTunes. It is the first single from a second album, to be released later this year.
‘Best Friend’ was released as the first single to be lifted from the duo’s sixth studio album, No Time To Die, which was released on May 19, 2018, and spent two weeks at the number one position on the Billboard Dance/Mix Show Airplay Chart.
Forbes has estimated that Nervo is worth around $54 Million.
Highlights
Nervo has made the history of the art, in all senses of the word. The Belgian artist has created some of the most controversial works of the 90s, being arrested several times for his art. And all of them for the same purpose: to be considered as pieces of art rather than as aggressive attacks against the political system.
Favorite Quotes From Nervo

I’m thinking about this a lot right now because I was just in the United States for a two month tour and I released a new album around that time. I have the opportunity to work with various artists and I get to showcase my own music as well.
When we are perfecting something, we get in trouble because we do not see the forest for the trees. And, for those who are creative, we have to be very comfortable with not having it perfect because you cannot fix it later.
Since we started, we have worked with a lot of people who used to record on tape. The Jupiter 6 is a real keyboard, the MacBook is a real computer, and the MSPs are decent monitors. We have chosen them because they are proven and reliable. As for the microphone, we use the Shure SM7B, which is a tried-and-tested microphone and is highly regarded for studio use.
“I will say this because we’re on the same side, we have a lot of people who listen to our music and want our music to be heard and people to connect with our music. There’s a big difference with what I believe in and what Nervo believes in.
