Early Life

Robert Alan Deal was born on 4 May 1951 in Terre Haute, Indiana.

There are some theories that say that Jaden’s parents wanted him to be around more of an American-Indian community.

In the 80’s, he worked as a day laborer, and eventually formed an unlikely alliance with Toby Dammit, a friend from the days playing the blues. The resulting band The Electric Spine Of Dammit was a success, and he recorded his first album I Think I’M Going to Go to Hell, under the band name Dammit. This album’s title track was a hit.

Career

After nearly a decade of frustration with the California music scene, he reinvented himself and released some of the best albums of his career.

This was very unusual because it had never been previously seen in the history of modern rock — but it really worked.

Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee called me and asked me to audition for the band, and asked how much money I needed. I said it depends what kind of band they want, and I think they need a drummer. They hired me and later they invited me to play for them.

Mars played guitar for Mötley Crüe in the late 1990s, and was the guitarist for the band ever since. During the final tour, the band announced that it had come to an end.

After Crashdiet disbanded, the singer of Crashdiet, Joakim Broden, along with his brother Olof, formed this new band; Mars joined the band a few years later.

He played on four songs on the ‘Hinder’ album. After that he got a job in a studio in Los Angeles working with the band Papa Roach. After that he became a producer, and eventually started his own label.

Mars wrote a song for Pop Evil’s new album, and appeared on the song ‘Stuck With Me’. Mars also joined Pop Evil in August and toured the U.S. with them in October.

One of my favorite songs of all time, I play it and I’m like wow, these guys are from Australia and they can sing and they can rap.
