1. Never Let Your Thirst for Knowledge Die Out

I also read a quote by my friend, Nandini Ramnath. She is a well-known writer and has a popular blog. She wrote something which says, “We should never put too much weight on our achievements or on other people’s achievements, or on how good other people look or have it.” I keep thinking about these things all the time. We must always strive for excellence. We must always strive to keep learning, to keep expanding our knowledge, to keep improving ourselves, to keep learning new skills.

2. Let it Go, Don’t Hold it in; Get it Off Your Chest

If you have something that isn’t positive to feel or experience, release it, don’t hold it in any longer!

I’ve seen people who hold things in for years and years and years, and end up either not having a job or going through hell and back stress trying to keep it together. Don’t become a statistic. Keep it in your mouth but not in your heart.

How do you tell if you’re suffering from depression?

It’s a tricky topic.

3. Stay True to Yourself

Gordon Ramsay said that he’s a chef, no matter what. He’s proud of his work, but is also a human being. People attach themselves to certain identities, whether it’s that of a student, father, son or chef, and then forget that they’re also human beings.
