I feel like I’m incredibly tired after an average day at work!
I would start by drinking plenty of water. This would help to flush out the toxins, and prevent dehydration.
I also found a good deal of caffeine (coffee), and caffeine is a good natural stimulant to push your body to work harder, and recover more quickly.
I would also stay active throughout the day. Walking, climbing stairs, and anything else that pushed the body.
It is inevitable that there will be times when we encounter some stress – like we have to deal with our work or we have to do something.
It’s important for us to prevent it. Since you’re completely drained, you’ll find yourself come to a complete stop for several days before you’ll be able to do anything again.
When you are tired and exhausted, you feel like you may not be able to perform well. There are a couple of ways to prevent this from happening.
1) Drink A Lot of Water
I agree. Water is very important and it’s a good idea you drink a lot, but not necessarily at every minute. Instead, you should try to keep yourself hydrated. Try some of these ideas. Keep yourself healthy.
While drinking 8 glasses per day or 8 cups is a safe amount, it’s wise to know that people can have a different tolerance level or need to drink more depending on their activity level and how they deal with stress and anxiety.
2) Take Vitamin Tablets
Vitamins are nutrients that are necessary for the health of your body. A number of vitamin deficiencies can occur due to nutritional imbalance. If you are tired and feeling fatigued, a blood test can help you determine the underlying cause of your fatigue.
One thing is to make sure you are healthy. You should always be eating healthily and exercise, but even so it never hurts to take a multi-vitamin supplement.
I used to take a 1mg of Cipralex for a while but the side effects got to me so I stopped taking that. It’s really hard to go without medication for so long.
3) Get the Right Amount of Sleep
I feel a lot more energized and relaxed after 8 hours sleep with 10-15 minutes daily exercising. I also feel much more rested and refreshed after going to bed at 10pm than after sleeping for 8 hours or less.
3. I get “sleep debt” and have to spend a month resting at home after I finish an intense work period.
Some people believe that you have to be in a certain type of a state, a condition, to perform at your best. Although sometimes you can trick your body into a state of fatigue, and then later on you still feel like you have energy.
So, I have just started a new job and had to work some long hours. I usually sleep from 18.00 to 06.00. I feel really tired during the day, but I’m not sleepy at night. I’m not doing much though. I’m watching movies and listening to music.
4) Exercise Regularly
If you are worried about how you feel after a long day, or how your muscles feel, you can always make a habit of exercising daily. It works great to reduce stress and boost up your general well being.
It’s obvious to everyone the benefits of exercise, but you don’t need a reason to exercise, you just need a reason not to exercise.
And I’m not going to lie, I have to plan out the day, I usually start with a routine, or a list of things to check off or things I have to do/write/email.
5) Don’t Strain Your Eyes
There are many reasons why you should not look at screens for long periods of time. Your eyes might be irritated, your eyes will get tired, you might get headaches.
The next thing to do is to remember to blink regularly, because normally when you’re looking at screens you tend to blink a lot less and your eyes do dry up.
6) Eat properly
Going for a run is always a great way to stay energized throughout the day. It not only gives you a great way to clear your head and get some fresh air, but you’ll also be burning off some excess energy.
Coffee, energy drinks, and many other types of stimulants work by giving you a quick burst of energy and then causing you to feel tired after.
Drinking lots of coffee should not be the answer to tiredness. Sometimes when you’re tired we eat a lot of food just to stay awake, regardless of whether it’s healthy or not. I’m sure there’s been a time where you’ve eaten so much at a meal that all you want to do once you’ve sat down on the sofa watching T.V.
Your body requires a healthy diet to function healthily and this will prevent tiredness and fatigue.
